Ras Dr. Wayne A. Rose is a Jamaican-born historian, author, public speaker and President of The UBUNTU Movement USA, Inc. He holds a Ph.D. in African Diaspora History from Morgan State University, where he lectures in African Diaspora History and Literature. His work explores Pan-Africanism, Black internationalism, Rastafari, Afro-Caribbean spirituality and the relationship between history, identity, culture and community.
