The Caribbean Wellness Symposium opens the week on Sunday 11 October 2026 and can be attended in person in Saint Lucia or online from anywhere. The Caribbean Wellness Fortification Retreat runs 12–17 October 2026 and is application only.

What is included in each pathway?

In-person symposium includes live keynote sessions, on-site access and the wellness community. Online access includes the full livestream from anywhere. The six-day retreat adds accommodation, guided daily practices, feasts, ceremony and hands-on LifeCraft workshops.

What should I expect from the retreat?

Six unhurried days of guided practice in the volcanic highlands: morning movement, herbal teachings, nourishing feasts, water and nature immersion, workshops and ceremony. The pace is gentle and personal, with small numbers so every guest receives real attention.

Can I attend online from anywhere?

Yes. The online pathway streams every symposium session to you wherever you are in the world. All you need is an internet connection and a device. You will receive your access link by email ahead of the opening session on 11 October 2026.

Can I participate in the Caribbean Wellness Fortification Retreat online?

No. The Caribbean Wellness Fortification Retreat is an in-person experience at Mount Kailash Rejuvenation Centre. Those unable to travel may purchase online access to the October 11 Symposium for US$50. Livestream coverage, replay availability and interactive features will be confirmed separately.

Is the Caribbean Wellness Fortification Retreat a medical programme?

No. The Caribbean Wellness Fortification Retreat is a wellness and educational experience rooted in the Mount Kailash environment and its traditions. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and is not a substitute for medical care. Participants should continue to follow the advice of their qualified healthcare providers.

Can I attend the retreat by myself?

Yes. Individuals are welcome to apply whether travelling alone or with someone else. The retreat includes opportunities for shared experience, meaningful conversation and community.

Do I need a particular fitness level?

A high fitness level is not required, but participants should be willing to engage in appropriate movement and daily activities. Applicants should use the application form to identify mobility, accessibility or other participation considerations. Final activity requirements will be shared before approved applicants complete payment.

Can dietary needs be accommodated?

The retreat is expected to feature plant-based meals prepared within the Mount Kailash environment. Applicants should include relevant dietary requirements or allergies in their application. The team will confirm what can be accommodated before payment is requested.

What does the 21-day continuation include?

The continuation component is intended to help participants carry selected reflections and practices into daily life after leaving Mount Kailash. Participants will receive a guided framework and tracker covering the period through day 21. Final delivery details will be shared during the retreat.

Is accommodation included?

Yes. The retreat fee includes six nights of villa accommodation at Mount Kailash Rejuvenation Centre. Specific villa assignments and final accommodation information will be provided to approved participants.

What is the refund policy?

A US$500 non-refundable deposit is required after acceptance and is credited toward the US$4,500 total. The remaining payment, cancellation and transfer terms will be supplied with the acceptance and private-checkout information before the balance is paid.
